Rivertown Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is wholly owned and operated by three New York State licensed physical therapists: Andrew Cloutman, Frank Finouli, and Matthew Hyland.
Andrew Cloutman, PT, CSCS -- Andrew brings nearly a decade of both in- and out-patient physical therapy experience to his new role at Rivertown PT&R. Andrew received his M.S. degree in physical therapy from Ithaca College in 1998. After graduation he was on the physical therapy staff at the Jack D. Weiler Hospital division of the Montefiore Medical Center, the university hospital for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx until 2004, when he established Bronx River Physical Therapy, also located in the Bronx.

Frank Finouli, PT -- Practicing in New York for over a decade, Frank's exceptional manual skills, innovative approaches to therapeutic care and in-depth understanding of the mechanics of injury, have contributed to Rye PT&R's success with patients. Prior to co-founding Rye PT&R, Frank worked at White Plains Hospital from 1992 to 1996. He received his B.S. degree in Physical Therapy from Hunter College in New York City.

Matthew Hyland, PT, PhD., MPA -- Matt has been a physical therapist in Westchester for the past 15 years. Prior to cofounding Rye PT&R with Frank in 1995, he was the physical therapy supervisor at White Plains Hospital for three years, where he gained extensive experience in treating a broad range of physical and rehabilitation needs. Matt received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Pace University and holds a doctorate in Health Sciences from Seton Hall University. Matt is on the faculty at Mercy College and SUNY Stony Brook physical therapy programs.
